In addition to performing the primary methods of Top Surgery---Double Incision method (with free nipple grafts), Keyhole and Peri-Areolar---Dr. Dulin also offers a modified Double Incision procedure that includes additional Liposuction on the sides of the chest. Dr. Dulin's Double Incision + Liposuction method reduces the likelihood of developing "dogears" (a common cosmetic imperfection with Double Incision that usually requires revision surgery.)
Plus, no drains! Dr. Dulin and his colleagues at the American Institute for Plastic Surgery have also developed a new way of doing Top Surgery that eliminates the need for surgical drains. FTM Metoidioplasty in Texas
Metoidioplasty is a FTM Surgery procedure that masculinizes the genitals. Also known as "meta", the surgery involves respositioning the Testosterone-enlarged clitoris into a more forward position.
Metoidioplasty can also include: Vaginectomy, Urethroplasty, Scrotoplasty and placement of Testicular Implants.

Surgery Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 months on Testosterone for Metoidioplasty.
- Two letters: One from licensed therapist and if on HRT, one from physician who monitors hormones.
