Right, due to personal reasons I have my heart set on getting my op done with Dr Bower in San Fran. However they are not being overly too transparent with the prices, their website states a nominal fee?? Whatever this means.

Has anyone had this surgery with Dr Bowers and can tell me the rough cost for this, as I need to know exact costs as I'm travelling very far for this.

It's not clear what Dr. Bowers is currently charging (nominal?), but I imagine it's close to what was stated last summer: $17,000 USD for either abdominal, vaginal or laparoscopic.
