I am 26 and im looking into getting top surgery by the end of this year or begining of next year, what are some lesser know but well rounded surgeons in california?

I'm not familiar with any surgeons offering top surgery in the Fresno area. I think San Francisco would be the closest option, check out Dr. Mosser, or Los Angeles, where there are several good options. You can find surgeons on this map.
