I'm a freshman in college who has been out as trans since I was 11 years old and binding since I was ~12. Being a college student means I'm finally able to make my own decisions including those regarding my medical transition and I choose to pursue top surgery!
A flat chest is something I've known I need for my well being since I started binding full-time many years ago. With your help I can reach this necessary point in my life where I feel comfortable simply glancing in the mirror without my chest dysphoria eating away at my mental health. The plan is to have surgery scheduled for my winter break in December or January. I should have a set date by mid to late November, if I'm able to secure enough funding.
