Hello

I underwent a failed antebrachial phalloplasty performed by Dr. Daverio so I testify in order to prevent other victims from suffering the same fate as me. We are currently in court because Dr. Daverio has refused to acknowledge his mistakes:
- insensitive micro penis too small and too thin to have sex and to implant a prosthesis
- neverending stenoses and fistulas
- compartment syndrome which damaged my right leg for a lifetime and is ruining my daily life
- disgusting and adherent scars everywhere
- very damaged arm because he opened too far towards the wrist but not far enough towards the elbow
- thyroid problems which appeared because of the overmedication I underwent
etc..

He tried to buy my silence in exchange for €10,000 when I paid him €50,000 for this disaster and I paid €161,000 more to make up for all that!!
He has always refused to give me the contact details of his insurer which I have requested many times and finally did so when I took the matter to court. His insurer then accused me of inventing my pain and health concerns related to this procedure, among other things.
Dr. Daverio did not deign to respond to the summons served on him by a bailiff.

I have a forensic report attesting to my statements and the direct link between my current concerns that will remain for life and the failed procedure by Dr. Daverio that created these concerns. I also have several medical certificates attesting that this phalloplasty was indeed a failure and the consequences that resulted from it.

Don't go to this butcher!

I'm not Daverio's first victim and he is still ruining other lives, it must stop.

BEWARE: Daverio has Nils Mertins testify that he operated (with a good kickback?) in exchange for media coverage of his intervention and praise about him. This Nils claims that I would have lost my case against Daverio and that my testimony is revenge. He's a liar (paid by Daverio to cover his ass?), because the forensic report I requested in the first instance was accepted and Daverio appealed this decision. That's all there is to it. That's where we are now, and the legal assessment stands.


UPDATE 07/04/2025: I had a videocall with Nils and he confessed he was only repeating Daverio's lies without knowing there were lies and Daverio was using him. The videocall is available to anybody requesting it to me at shay-ne@live.fr
