I talk with one guy from Alberta online, and he was fairly happy with the results.

Dig enough and you'll find that pretty much every surgeon has patients who didn't have a satisfactory experience and/or outcome. Have you had the chance to speak with any patients of Dr. Brassard? Extra points if you can have some of those conversations in person vs. online. In my experience, people are just a tad more honest offline. Do you have access to any kind of bottom surgery support group in your area?

Many people who have less satisfaction tend to disappear online so I was suggesting speaking with people in person, if possible, because it could provide a wider sample of experiences to gauge from.

There's so much to consider and it's easy to get bogged down in it all!!
