anyone know of any top surgeons in NY? i know dr. alexes hazen, dr. blechman, and dr. bluebond, but none of these take my insurance

What kind of insurance do you have?

My surgeon doesnt take insurance, but he wrote to my insurance company for out-of-network payment approval. I still have to pay a large deductible and 20% of his fee, but I'm just relieved most of it is covered. Call  or email the surgeons and ask them if they will participate as out of network with your particular insurance. I do know there is a gender clinic through LIJ in New Hyde Park, Long Island if that isn't too far for you
