Hello everyone. I’m 32, and I live in the Sf Bay Area in California. I’ve undergone top surgery and rff phalloplasty with accompanying surgeries/procedures (vaginectomy, oopherectomy, glansplasty, urethroplasty, etc) since about a year ago. I’m now searching for the right penile implant and surgeon to install it.

In the past I wasn’t so open to questions or sharing details of my trans but I’ve changed my mind. So if you have questions, shoot. If you answers for my questions, please don’t hesitate. I’m all ears.

I am not aware of your case means to insert implant separately in next phase, I got it done with phallo. Sorry I haven't answer of your query but I would like to share mine if you could help. After ending all my surgeries I was very happy but within one month I observed blockage in urethra, I went again bangkok , Dr. Operated but nine years has gone, I got operated once at India also but I still need to insert catheter to keep opened urethra. Please help me, guide me if you know such transman or doctor to operate and well wishes for your query to be resolved soon
