Hey guys, someone who has made the metoidioplasty has tried to use some device of penis enlargement to growth the new penis?
I'm thinking about buying the Phallosan (https://www.phallosan.com/). By email, they said that work for penis whit minimum 2,5 centimeters.

I haven't heard of anyone using the Phallosan specifically for post-meta enlargement, but there's a research paper that was done a couple of years ago and they used a traction device on meta patients for 24 weeks. Results: 2.8cm of growth.

Do you by any chance know how to modify a traction device like this to fit a meta sized dick? I can’t seem to figure out what parts to use

I haven't tried modifying a traction device before but I believe that's what Dr. Cohanzad did for his research. You could try reaching out to him to see if he could provide some details. Doubtful, but who knows, he might be willing to sell one. Go to this article and click "Affiliations - expand" and you'll see his email address.
