I came here for support for my friend who is in Lahore, Pakistan. He works for a small NGO that help sexual minorities. He have started a crowdfunding for his top surgery. He is 5 months on T and is very afraid without top surgery.

Since starting T he have been chased, called slurs and even been called on phone to be asked about his sexual preference.
