I'm wondering if anyone has experience with DrMclean in Mississauga, Ontario. I'm hoping for a keyhole procedure if I'm applicable, but that's pretty far in the future for me.

I find it interesting that he lumps peri-areolar and keyhole together. They're actually different surgeries. If he advises against keyhole for you, you may want to look into peri-areolar as an alternative.
