My stage 1 of phallo did not include nerve hook-up or burial, they'll both be done as part of my stage 2.

I tried a bunch of external erectile device and they caused me too much pain at the base. I'm not looking for suggestions for one of those, it got to the point that they make me dysphoric. But the longer it's been, thus the more the initial stiffness from nascent scar tissue soften, the more intimate partners who pull on my big guy with greater enthusiasm (if you catch my drift) leave me with pain that lasts a few days. At this point I feel like stimulation to the phallo has to be gingerly or not at all, and orgasm can only be reached via direct stimulation to my old junk (which is more or less what I expected prior to nerve hook-up).

My question is, have any of you who've had nerve hook up done been able to get off prior to a penile implant (if its part of your intended surgical plans at all) without using an external device? Did it get harder as your scar tissue got softer? I'm not sure if/when I'll get stage 3 done.

Would you share who you had your procedure with and general details about your experience that you are comfortable sharing (how you paid, insurance if applicable, healing time, complications, if you got pre-fabrication of urethra, etc.)? Hey man, I am going into my 3rd month post phalloplasty ALT with Dr Crane. To answer your questions:

I get off just fine without internal or external devices. I'll let you know when I have sex for the first time. So far my penis is pretty soft though I know it'll get softer but I have no issues.

I'm assuming since you detailed the stage your in you went to Mr Christopher?
