IT IS NOT COMMON HERE IN JAPAN (CURRENTLY IM LIVING) PLUS IT IS EXPENSIVE HERE. FTM FOLKS HERE GOES TO THAILAND TO HAVE THEIR TOP SURGERY. BUT UNFORTUNATELY,6,000$ IS EXPENSIVE FOR ME. DOES ANYONE HERE KNOWS ANOTHER OPTIONS? OR CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME OPEN UP A CLOUDFUNDING ACCOUNT. I TRIED TO BUT IT SAYS IT DOESN'T WORK IF IM IN ASIA/DO NOT HAVE A US ACCOUNT.

It sounds like you can't get the surgery covered in Japan, so your best option is probably to continue saving up.

yes, any trans related surgeries are not covered here in japan, even hormones -_-
