Hey guys! I'm Jay and I could really use your help. I am trying to raise money for top surgery. My body has never felt like me (as y'all can probably relate to), and it’s about time I changed that. It’s been a long process of figuring out who am I and what I truly need to be myself. Top surgery is that final piece. I have been saving every penny I can for years.
