I've been saving for almost 10 years. I had planned to go with Garramone since the beginning but I'm looking into any other fat patient accommodating surgeons who have acceptable results. 

If anyone has any recommendations or image results of surgeons for actually big ftms I'd appreciate the assistance. My dysphoria and mental health is now crippling and everyday life is unbearable.
