I know there are lists on here of surgeons that take insurance and insurance that covers surgery, but I was wondering who here had luck getting top surgery covered. I'm shopping for insurance, and I want to get something that is definitely going to work. I live in Indiana, so nationwide plans are preferred but I would consider moving.

What plan/state is your insurance through?
Did it cover from the start or were you reimbursed?
