Dr. Paul Steinwald
Nationally-Recognized Expert With Over 25 Years of Experience Performing Top Surgery
Dr. Paul Steinwald has performed FTM Top Surgery for hundreds of trans men and has been honored to play a role in the transition of his clients.
Dr. Steinwald pioneered the Inverted-T Top Surgery procedure. Based on a variation of the widely used Inferior Pedicle/Wise-Pattern approach to breast reduction, Inverted-T leaves the nipple attached to its blood and nerve supply, preserving excellent sensation in more than 90% of patients. Trans men from around the world come to Denver, Colorado to have this procedure done with Dr. Steinwald.
Dr. Steinwald also offers Body Masculinization, a surgery procedure designed to provide a male body contour. Liposuction is used to removed fat and unwanted curves from specific areas of the body, such as the hips, thighs and lower back. (If Body Masculinization is performed along with Top Surgery, you can save 10-20%.)
Dr. Steinwald is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery, as well as a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS).
