I’ve been saving to reach my goal , to finally be free in my own body , I’ve tried fundraising , credit cards , and don’t get approved for anything . I’m starting to lose all hope . I’ve been looking into surgeons and am trying to figure out what my best options would be , I’ve created a go fund me but no luck , so I’ve got some put back but it’s no where near what online says cost is around .

This is a tough situation, Josh. I'm sorry you're in this position. Are you able to get insurance that could cover the cost of Top Surgery?
GoFundMe campaigns can be quite difficult. To be successful, one needs to have a large circle of friends who have enough money to donate.
To save more money, you'd need to bring in more and spend less. Are you able to pick up a second job? I took on extra work and worked my butt off to save for Top Surgery. It was grueling but it worked.
