Perineal reconstruction WITHOUT urethral lengthening - Puntl - 05-25-2022
Hi! I'm currently in the waiting line for meta without urethral lengthening but with testicular implants. I'm also looking to get a vaginectomy, and hopefully a smooth perineum after that, well, except for the urethra. I've found no pictures of this and the surgeon, while he said it was possible, didn't want to promise anything in terms of look/feel. So I'm looking for anyone who've gone with this option, and how it might have turned out.
If I do get a vaginectomy I won't be able to get urethral lengthening later, so I really want to be sure I will be able to live with these results for the rest of my life. Any experience or thoughts?
