I've had top surgery, but I'm thinking about detransitioning. When my hormone levels return to pre-T levels, is it possible for my breasts to develop again? I'm sorry if this is a dumb question.

There are no dumb questions! Some breast growth might be achieved but nothing substantial which is why Top Surgery is considered permanent. Breast Augmentation with implants is an option.
