Hard to say... Dr. Sassani in South Florida takes Humana Medicare but I don't know it that applies to this specific plan. This page doesn't seem to indicate that plastic surgery is covered: https://retiree.alight.com/find-plans/Humana-Gold-Plus-SNP-DE-H6622-051-HMO-D-SNP%7CH6622:051-0
It might be a good idea to contact a Humana representative and ask them who is in-network with your plan. Sorry I can't provide a more specific answer!
