Question about simple meta - Submatronic - 04-15-2016
Hello,
I'm a pre-everything FtM guy, and I plan on going for a simple meta surgery, since I still want to be able to have vaginal sex. Is this possible? if so, will it still feel the same? Also how do orgasms work? I'd like to get some detailed information on both, since I can't find a lot about these specific questions..

Vaginal sex may or not be possible, it depends on your anatomy and how the surgery is performed. Be sure to discuss this with your surgeon.
How post-op sex feels will depend a lot on how sex feels for you now. For example, some guys experience a lot of internal sensation, while other guys feel most of their sensation in their dicks. Sex will also probably feel different post-op in the sense that the surgery is successful, relieving dysphoria and amplifying sexual response, including in the brain.
