I'm Oscar, 29 years old, living in Sydney. I haven't got T. but I prefer have a top surgery first. So, I'm looking a good top surgeon in Sydney. Dr. Steve Merten is in Sydney but I don't know what he charges for Top Surgery. Sorry!
