surgeon recs in and around Rochester NY? - cahalith - 01-10-2018
Hello all,
I'm located in Rochester NY. I see from the website there's a few surgeons in the area:
-Emese Kalnoki (relocated here from AZ)
-Jose Christiano
-Mark Davenport
-Stephen Evangelisti
-Kristin Skinner
I was wondering if anyone on this forum has had their surgeries done by any of these docs? And if so, would you be willing to share experiences and possibly pictures, either publicly or via PM?
(I'm also considering traveling for surgery, but I'd only travel to somewhere that I have someone to stay with, which basically means only Boston.)

Hi!
I'm in Rochester and in the process of having surgery too! I don't know how much help I can be but here's the information I have to share:
Dr. Evangelisti does not perform FtM top surgery.
Currently Dr. Kalnoki is not in the office and therefor not taking new patients.
For the sake of my and her privacy I can't go into more detail publicly, but am happy to talk about it via PM.
I have had a consultation with Dr. Christiano but have some uneasy feelings about him and want to get some opinions from other people who have had surgery with him first.
Again, I don't want to publicly discuss this but am fine discussing it with you privately.
I cannot speak for Dr. Davenport or Dr. Skinner as I have no firsthand experience with either of them.
