Top Surgery Referral Information - sebastianmichaelftm - 07-19-2018
I have been on HRT for a year now and am trying to move forward with my top surgery. I live in Washington and wish to use one of the surgeons in Seattle to perform my surgery. I have received the referral from my Trans Doctor and received the letter from my mental health provider. The doctor I want to use is Dr. Miranda and I am trying to find out what exactly is she looking for when it comes to letters. Can anyone help me with this and is there anyone on the forum who has used Dr. Miranda located in Seattle Wa.
Please help me.

You have some good choices when it comes to surgeons in the Seattle area.
I'm not familiar with Dr. Miranda's letter requirements. Typically, it's just one letter for Top Surgery. You could call her office to find out specific requirements: 206-215-6221.
