Hey George! I guess it would depend on what's considered affordable, and what type of procedure you are most interested in. Thailand has long been the choice for people seeking surgery abroad because of the experienced surgeons and affordable pricing. Belgrade, Serbia is another popular choice, especially for MLD Phalloplasty. There's a surgeon in Belarus who, at least for a time, was working to attract International patients. Abdominal Phalloplasty can be fairly affordable in the US ($30,000-$50,000), though one must budget for the unexpected or have good medical tourism insurance. Spain might be another option in around that same price range for RFF.
