Thanks for replying man. I just got my package regarding the surgery from the GRS Montreal and I dont know what to do cause I havent really seen or talk to someone who went in Montreal to get their Phallo.. Do you mind if I ask where did you  get it done? Am fr Calgary so my only option I think is to go to Montreal for the surgery.

If you use Facebook, there is a group called Made In Montreal for people having surgery at GRS Montreal. It's a secret group, so unsearchable, but this person can grant you access.

I had surgery in Portland, Oregon with Dr. Jens Berli. His technique is a bit similar to what they do in Montreal in terms of staging: creation of phallo in the first stage, second stage urethral hookup. A common complaint that I hear about from GRS Montreal patients is that the scrotum winds up too far between the legs. This happened to me, although it doesn't seem common with other patients of Dr. Berli.

Yes, I believe your only option in AB is Montreal. If you were not a good candidate for Radial Forearm Phalloplasty, you might be able to advocate for a surgeon out of the country, but there would need to be a strong medical basis for this and GRS Montreal would need to confirm that.
