I've been on T 4 years. I moved cities so none of my current friends know I've ever been a female. I don't know any other ftm, I've got lots of questions that haven't been covered here like
DHT and how to get it
Different types of T (here in Israel there's only two types Testoviron Ethanate and gel and neither seems too effective for masculinization)
Vaginectomy (I'm sort of embarrassed to post this thread but I'm doing it this year and don't know half a thing about it).

DHT.... I'm not sure of the availability in Israel. You could anonymously contact a pharmacy and find out if it's something they can source if you had a prescription. It is available online, but it could be illegal for you to import it into Israel as it's a controlled substance in many parts of the world. It could be very risky to import, so definitely look into the legality of DHT carefully and find out if it's controlled in Israel before you order anything.

Testoviron is Testosterone Enanthate. In Canada and the US, Testosterone Enanthate and Cypionate are the most popular formulations of injectable testosterone. There is little difference between Enanthate and Cypionate, and either are suitable for FTM transition. Gel seems to work for some but not as well for others.

Vaginectomy is often performed with other lower surgery, such as metoidioplasty and phalloplasty. Strictly speaking, the procedure is actually called Colpocleisis. It is a type of Vaginectomy that closes the opening but does not actually remove the vagina (which is what Vaginectomy literally translates to.) I know that DHT isn't available in Israel. My question is - can you just walk into the pharmacy (with prescription) for example in France or anywhere else in Europe and get it?
Basically, I went to my endo and got prescription on my brother's name. The endo doesn't know that it isn't MY male name. Anyway, my brother is going to France to get DHT for me, as, being legally female and looking male, I will be stopped in the airport and not permitted to travel. Israel, unfortunately, isn't a place where you can go and leave as you please.

I don't know if one can walk into a pharmacy in another country and get DHT with a prescription. It probably depends on the country, perhaps easier in some places than others. Even so, transporting it back into Israel could be considered trafficking, even with a prescription. At least, that's the case in Canada: it would be illegal for me to say, buy DHT in Mexico and then bring it home with me, despite a prescription. If your brother manages to buy DHT I would strongly recommend that he not carry it across any borders unless you know this is legal.

It sucks that this is such a hassle!
