I was recently reminded of the rule that if you bind for too long you "can't get top surgery"
I've had my official binder since 2017, And It will still be few years until I can get top surgery.
Before I even knew what transgender was I was wearing all my sports bras at once and sleeping in them. There wasn't a time since puberty that I wasn't technically binding.
I can't find any information on this, does "can't" mean it's impossible? Or only if I'm having trouble breathing? If I work 11 hours a day how do I only bind for 8? Is there still a chance I can get top surgery?
