Hi! I'm going to get a simple metoidioplasty with no vaginectomy. I wanted to ask if anyone has a similar experience, and if so, what penetration was like after surgery? Additionally, what was producing moisture like? Was there any difference, or did you find you need to use lube? Thanks for any input!
