I'm new to this board and joined since I think I have unique situation that might require those who might know something of my issue:

I'm genetically and physically male, I had a massive skin infection down there and required surgery and now my shaft is buried but can now urinate normally and no more infection and related sinus tracts and such.

Is there a way to get the shaft back or lengthened enough so I can be functional in a certain aspect of life again? The parts still work, erection and ejaculation but not enough "real estate" if you will to do the job as most men can. I came across this board as maybe it can help with the logic of "If doctors can make a Trans Male functional, surely they could do something for someone in my situation".

Since the issue that caused this situation is well documented, I don't forsee insurance having an issue with paying as this goes to quality of life and ablity to procreate and medically necessary.
