Hello I'm new here, just saw some info on one piece prosthesis. I have an LGX, failed after 3 years but gave me the lost length I needed. I'm planning on having a one piece implanted and wanted to know what the difference is between the AMS Spectra and the AMS Tactra. Is one better than the other? I plan on this being my last implant operation. Thanks
