Hey Folks! My name is Parker and I'm crowdfunding for top surgery. I'm a therapist that works for two small non-profit agencies. One is specifically oriented to offering low cost therapy to Queer and Trans folks, by queer and trans therapist, and I specialize in offering trauma therapy. Trans specific trauma therapy is often hard to come by. The other organization I work for is residential substance abuse treatment where I have been working to create Queer and Trans specific programming. In all the work I do, I try to provide trans and queer competent therapeutic services, and help other folks do the same. Working in the non-profit field is really important work but it also means I am financially struggling to access top surgery.
