Yes, absolutely. The surgeons in Tucson do have experience with FTM Top Surgery (otherwise they wouldn't be on the list.) How much experience, I don't know, but I know of guys who have gone to either Dr. Larson or Dr. Taki. Hopefully, you can get a free initial consult, which would give you the opportunity to ask about how many surgeries they have done, complication rates, photos, etc.
