Thanks for your question! Surgeons in NY do tend to be on the more expensive side. If you can travel to Michigan, Dr. Kenneth Wolf charges a little under $6000. He doesn't have any Top Surgery info on his website but he does quite a few Top Surgeries. Hope this helps!
