The emotional stress having a vagina is putting on me is alot.. and very upsetting.. I'd even be willing to have a fundraiser if i knew pricing...

I would estimate that the majority of guys having phalloplasty done in the USA are getting it covered by insurance. But it may be that your mother's plan has exclusions. To pay out of pocket you would need in the area of $100,000 for phalloplasty with nerve hookup in the USA. (Less if you opted for abdominal phalloplasty or go to Thailand or India.)
