Help me raise money for my top surgery - limeloki - 09-21-2014
Hello everyone!
Recently my appeal on my health insurance's decision to deny me coverage was denied so I need to raise money to pay out-of-pocket for my surgery.

I don't have any magic answers for you, but you may want to check out this guy's fund raiser: he also had an appeal declined and offered hand crafted items as perks to raise close to $4k.
