We live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas. My roommate is looking to have top surgery done. They have horrible back problems and want everything gone. I am not sure what the surgery would be called. They want a full reduction with a nipple graft. They have DD size breasts and insurance will only cover a reduction to a C-cup. My roommate wants everything gone and we have no idea what to look for for or how much to save up. I appreciate any help anyone here could give me. Thanks in advance.
