I have seen a lot of images of post-op, and while the smaller breasted men look very good and natural, it seems the ones who are rather to the larger side gets a sort of weird look on the chest. Being a larger breasted man myself, I am a bit concerned about this. I see that the scars fade after a year or two, but does it for bustier men too? Does it have anything to do with the particular surgeon or method? Will the "weird look" eventually fade?

Some surgeons are better than others when it comes to larger chested men. When evaluating before and after photos from the surgeons that you consult with, look for photos that show a similar body shape to your own, and if you don't see those photos, ask for them. You'll get a sense pretty quickly of which surgeons are getting better results with larger chested men.

Thanks for this advice--this helps me, too!
